All pictures are reproduced as close to true colours as possible.  There may be a slight difference between photos and the real thing as camersa/screens etc all see colours a little differently.

I will email to confirm your order, and advise on a dispatch date.  I aim to dispatch all orders within five working days from confirmation of order, with the exception of silk cushions (see below).

Silk cushions are made to order, please allow three weeks for dispatch.

Memory Quilts and cushions: I would love to make a quilt or personalised cushion especially for you.  Please contact me to discuss.  Unfortunately no refund can be offered on personalised quilts or cushions.

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact me and then return in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt.  I will arrange for a refund once I have received the item.

All payments are in GBP and payment is through Paypal.
